FAULTS AND DAMAGES
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
USE OF 11.1v BATTERIES
The use of 11.1v LiPo and 10.8v NiMh / NiCd or any higher voltage batteries WILL void your warranty if used in an AEG sold by us, unless we have specified otherwise on OUR product page.

The FPS listed on our website is a guideline only and may not reflect identically to the item you receive.
MODIFYING/TAKING APART OUR ITEMS
To return an item, it must be returned in the condition you got it, meaning you must not modify or strip down your item if you believe you are going to want to return it. This includes but is not limited to; Rifles, Pistols, Battery Chargers, etc.
THE USE OF POOR QUALITY BB'S
If we find any evidence of the use of poor quality BBs in replicas sold by us may result in us not refunding or accepting a return from you. Please use high quality BBs sold by us or made by brands such as Vorsk, BLS, ASG, Nuprol, etc.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day returns policy.
If you are unhappy with your product please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days.
Please note all items are expected to be in a good new saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
If they are not received at our end in the same as new condition your return may be rejected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
